Aman accused of rioting at the U.S. Capitol has been ordered to be returned to federal custody after authorities said he tried to flee an arrest on suspicion of drunk driving last month and police found an AR-15 rifle in his car.
The man, James Tate Grant, 29, of North Carolina, was on pretrial release in connection with allegations that he assaulted two police officers at the rampage on Jan. 6, 2021.
Education comes on many forms. Serving six months at a time is kind of a rough way to study law, but hey - This is America. Everyone has the right to serve all the time they want to for breaking the law.

This is likely why many of them have been kept in jail without parole. Because they're loose cannons. Impossible to control. Refuse to take instructions from authority. Won't follow judge's orders.
The people that did that were idiots.
The people that did the BLM riots, looting sand assaults were violent idiots.
Yet only one side is demonized.
This is just another day at the office for the most divisive and incompetent presidents ever.
It could have been a great opportunity to unite us by showing us how treatment should be equal for idiots but once again Joey failed us.
