Hitler had an interest in Eugenics, which is the selection of desired heritable characteristics in order to improve future generations, typically in reference to humans.
Hitler wanted to use Eugenics is produce his Aryan master race.
However this master race had no room for other inferior characteristics and DNA, and Jews were not the only groups that the Nazi's persecuted or wanted to wipe out.

As she was referring to the Holocaust, from Hitler's view, Jews weren't White or of the master race. Hitler and the Nazi's led the Holocaust. In context, she was incorrect.
The targeting of Jews in the Holocaust was about race.
