Democrats Are Pressuring Companies to Censor For Them: a Violation of the First Amendment
No, it's not a violation of the First Amendment, no more so than when the American Family Association used its freedom of speech to call for everybody to boycott Disney for holding Gay Day. You most certainly did support AFA for doing that didn't you?
The problem is when the government uses what power it has to pressure companies into do things it doesn't have the power to do. Tyranny by proxy is still tyranny.

That’s called “politics”. Every elected official does it.

Not the same. American Family Association is not government. Democrats here are government. You cannot use government power to force censorship.

The old "everyone's doin' it" defense.
It has never been used so blatantly as it is now. Biden's threat of vaccine mandate struck down by the supreme court is a good example. There is nothing to stop them from threatening all sorts of ridiculous unconstitutional things in the future and getting companies or individuals to do unthinkable things out of fear it might come to pass anyway. I would be just as against conservatives doing the same thing.
How you win is just as important as what you win.
