Indeed, here are four potentially troubling statistics and one potentially positive sign about love in the US.

Twenty-six percent of Americans ages 18 and up didn't have sex once over the past 12 months, according to the 2021 General Social Survey. You might think this is just a pandemic effect, but it's part of a long-term trend. The two years with next-highest percentage of adults saying they didn't have sex once in the past year were 2016 (23%) and 2018 (23%) -- the last two times the survey was conducted. Before 2004, the highest percentage of Americans who said they hadn't had sex in the past year was 19%.

Last year's survey was also the first time that the percentage of Americans who had sex once a month or less topped 50%. In 1989, 35% of American adults had sex once a month or less.

Anyone surprised? I’m not. In today’s hook up culture, I would especially not be surprised if more and more men are deciding marriage isn’t something they need in life.

Have you seen what women look like in 2022? Wokeness has killed women's beauty. All the normal straight males have to fight for a small populace now of women filled with estrogen.

The bottom half in looks wont date their peers.
Housing is rocketing upward in cost, both rent and buy. For multiple reasons where both sides wont recognize the parts that don't fit their narratives.
Work and career security for the bottom economic half is worse than ever.
Economic security is dropping.
College costs are out of control. The old route to middle class.
You have the party that wants to make Kochotopia vs the other party that wants to make Woketopia. Neither place would be fun for the middle 70% of the population.

Many people have theorized that the prevalence of online meeting/dating has led to a situation where something like say 25% of the men are having sex with the women that choose to have sex. In other words a small pool of men having sex with multiple women. This would undoubtably lead to less being had overall.

I do think both of these could be at play. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard women (and men) complain about how hard it is to find someone “independent” with their own place and not a bunch of roommates. I think that could be translated as someone with their own place where they could have sex.

Navigating the tricky waters of love has never been more complicated. You have many people in America who cannot figure out what gender they are. Some of them don't even know what species of animal they are.

And then you have all the land whales. I'm a skinny guy. Sex with land whales could very well be the end of me. And I hate having to dirty my bed with flour trying to find the entrance.

No thank you America... Put your damn cloths back on and hit the gym, have a little pride and dignity, and then we'll talk. For now, we can be friends. but keep your influence to yourself thank you. This country pretending it's ready for war with Russia... Yall should be more worried about getting laid and enjoying life, instead of trying to drag the rest of the world down to an early miserable, lonely, depressing grave.
