As long as it's gangs killing other gang members, you're safe to visit there.

I made 82 trips to Tijuana from 1999-2017, walked around the city alone until 4-5am, spent the whole weekend there and I never felt unsafe. Felt more unsafe when returning to Las Vegas. Remember? A 64YO man rented a room on the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay and shot 600 people, 58 died. Ever heard of that happening in Tijuana?

The way I see it... When the people of Portland have had enough of it, they will either elect competent leadership or leave. Until then, this is what they voted for, and it seems to be the way they like it there. I don't understand it, but whatever, it's their city.

I felt the same way about San Francisco. Until voters have had enough... it is what it is. I left SF in 2019. I could see the street vagrants moving closer towards my property.

I wanted out while I could still get top dollar.
