President Volodymyr Zelenskyyy has begged global leaders for more sanctions on Russia and for defense assistance from the West.

He said: "If you don't help us now, if you fail to offer a powerful assistance to Ukraine, tomorrow the war will knock on your door."

Add your reply to him, and your thoughts. Here is my reply:

President Zelenskyyy, as an American, I can say, we are watching what is going on; we are angered by the actions of Putin. There will be things done to contain his aggressive actions. However, any offer of a "powerful assistance" to Ukraine would be an act of war, and you know this. The world is watching and waiting to see if Putin will stop with Ukraine, or if he will pursue more land. So for now, we will prudently wait. Any war today is inherently far more dangerous than past wars, as now the world has nuclear weapons. The gravity of this situation requires level heads and sober minds.

President Zelenskyyy, our hearts go out to you, may God be with you. And we pray to God that you are wrong about that knock on our door.
