He likely doesn't, or at least doesn't understand it. He's just reading someone else's words off a screen. Not quite sure he even knows he's the President.
"Leftists" don't. They see him as a do nothing centrist who has failed to cancel student debt, decriminalize marijuana, restrict super PACs, guarantee paid sick days, raise corporate taxes, make social security solvent, a public option health insurance plan, etc.

He's a feeble old man that doesn't know much about what's going on. He's told what to do and what to say by others. He is simply the puppet. How can one be confident in his words when words and choices are someone elses.
Can you imagine the State of the Union? Someone will write him a speech and set him up in front of his best friend, the teleprompter, where he'll have his beady eyes squinting as he tried to read off of it mumbling and stumbling and probably putting himself to sleep. He's old and not wide awake. His weakness is what got us in the instability of the countries.
He is easily the worst fake "president' ever. I can't imagine anyone even being worse.

Biden is a puppet. We were sold a bill of goods that he would be a moderate,a grandfather that would return decency to the WH and respect from the world. It was all a huge lie.
If Biden was a product we bought off amazon he would be returned and a bad review written.
If the media didn't cover for him his admin. would be in shambles and the country in more of a crisis then it already is.
We do have to give him credit though, his feeble attempts to stop Putin seem to be slowing him a bit though it seems more to do with the resistance by the people of Ukraine than any Sanction. What is it with the Sanctions? Joe told us they would cripple Putin but now we are told to prepare for higher prices due to our reliance on Russian oil ?? Gee thanks Joe. just what we need is higher prices on everything but as long as Democracy is protected in Ukraine...
I wonder if Hunter will be sent over to help in the rebuild once Putin is cast out? Hunter does have all that experience in the energy sector as a consultant etc...
Then again Hunter might actually be of more use to help in Ukraine than Kamala was in going to Germany to get to the root of the problem..
With both the far left and far right are upset with him, sure seems he is being moderate.
