Many people don't have garages to charge their "EV" overnight.

Electric cars are the dumbest idea ever invented, and there's a reason they still only have 2% market penetration after 20 years.

People who want to virtue signal bought them, that's it. Functionally, they are worse, and they cost more to boot!

Gas, even at 4.50, is still cheaper that almost any other form of energy, and the USA has oodles of natural resources for it.

EV IS NOT the future.

I have the 36 gallon too, but I fill it up at just above 1/4. The pump only allows up to $100 on a debit card and I don't like to do do two transactions to get full.

With current price of diesel. the Ram I sold would cost $250 to tank up compared to about $6 for my Tesla. If I owned the Rivian truck, it would be about $11 to charge up in my garage.

I saw an actual Rivian truck in person for the first time last weekend and I want to like it, but I can’t get past that ugly front end. It’s also smaller than what I had envisioned based on the pictures I’ve seen online. But, I like trucks and SUVs, so I’m looking forward to seeing how other manufacturers evolve their designs.

Not getting why you keep comparing a 1-Ton truck to a little sedan. Talk about apples-to-oranges....
