"Homeless" seems to be missing from the story.

So does Chattanooga. I've been there. Saw quite a bit of it.

I saw this in Chicago and that was during the Clinton administration.

One guy, big dude wore like 7 layers of clothing I kid you not. Looked like the michellin man.

But that was the 2nd most noteworthy thing.

Guy that big, all those layers....hand to heaven...you could smell this guy from 100 yards if the wind blew right.

I’m going with some nutter on some kind of mission.

Hair could be died or a wig.

Addicts tend to be more about money that random violence.

yeah. don't belong to a political party.

The guy in the picture is wearing what looks like a short sleeve shirt. Wasn't it 40 degrees in NYC yesterday?

I guess rage makes you immune to the cold???

People in NYC are being conditioned to expect and ACCEPT random violence. Every story is "random" nonsensical violence. Although anyone can tell you most violence is not random, and is usually between parties that have some sort of issue with each other.

Just like most burglaries are committed by people who know the people that they are stealing from.

Kicked down the stairs? Poop in the face? Now a white guy in short sleeves in 40 degree weather clocking Asian women?

What's on tomorrow's menu? Galleger will appear and chuck watermelons at passersby? All caught on camera ..

Next stop for some of these cities, full-on Madmax!

Just so full of hate, what a wretched "person". Ditto that for the disgusting "person" who violently smeared feces all over some innocent person's head and face.
