Have you decided to buy an electric vehicle because of Biden's high gas prices? (middle east, gasoline)

If you own a reliable vehicle outright, the most cost effective solution in most cases is to just take care of it and hold onto it for as long as possible.
By doing so, you are benefiting from savings on annual registration costs, insurance costs, and minimal depreciation. So even if your annual fuel costs are up $1000 or even $2000, running out and spending $60k or more on an electric car is actually going to end up costing you more money.
I have three gas driven turbo engine cars. One is a two seater Red Line Sky. I take it out occasionally .It is a fun car. I mostly drive an Expedition twin turbo 6 cylinder. Average gas mileage, but a very nice ride. No electric plug in cars for me. I would rather gas up than have to plug in and get a limit on how many miles I can drive.. no thank you.
We have 5 vehicles, one has a gas sipping 2.0 litre engine with a 5 speed. I think we will be using my F150 and the wife's Grand Cherokee a lot less due to gas prices. We don't drive that much anyways but yesterday we topped off the JeeP and it was $83.
Thanks Joe. He likes to blame Russia for the big jumps in gas prices but lets not forget that the prices have been rising since the day he got into office. They were already up over a $1- $1.50 per gallon from when Trump was in charge and months before Putin decided to invade.

Your premise is false.
Raising oil prices encourages oil exploitation and energy efficiencies.
low prices encourages slothiness.
If someone is reacting to today's fuel price, they are too late.
You should be looking forward to the future.
In almost all cases, achieving efficiencies is better than status quo.

Don’t look now, but gas prices are rising all over the world due to Trump’s daddy figure Putin. You can blame Joe for a lot of things, but not for gas going up.
On the bright side, a gallon of gas is still cheaper than a beer in a decent bar or a cup of Starbucks coffee.
No, but I am dusting off my roller-blades in anticipation of the $10/gallon prices that I keep seeing predicted on here.
