Justice Thomas is married to somebody that was there to support the capitol riot. Should he be asked to resign?

There is a clause about associating with certain groups. I am not sure what security levels they hold or their policies.
I don’t think it’s a huge problem - if he disclosed it. If he HID it- now that’s an issue that needs to be properly addressed.

If your wife, husband, or child killed someone, should you face lethal injection?

I didn't have a problem with it in the first thread about this. Still don't have a problem with it

I don't think any official should be forced to resign over something their spouse did. I don't imagine he controls his wife's actions.

Supreme Court justices are not covered by the code of judicial ethics. When Scalia was charged with a conflict of interest, he basically told folks to shove it.

Congress controls the court through its impeachment power.

Nevertheless, I believe the action of Justice Thomas and his wife have established the appearance of bias on the court. He should resign.

The sainted RBG drew similar criticism multiple times.

No, but he should recuse himself in cases that might touch on her active involvement.
