Do some of you even understand how the world works? Oh wait - a Senator suggested this... ??

Basically Democrats want oil companies to take the hit for their bad energy policy and bad foreign policy.
That answer is obviously a Big Fat No. But the skoolz have been dumbing down our population for 30-40 years now, this is what you get when you conspire to bring down the greatest civilization in history.

These imbeciles who "want to drive the oil companies out of business" clearly live in a delusional world. They need serious inpatient psychiatric treatment to bring them out of their delusional disorders.

And don't tell me that the "stimulus checks" were collected tax monies. They were newly printed dollars that added to the US debt and started the latest inflation cycle.
Inflation is just another way for the government to *help* you while making everything more expensive and blaming it on everyone else.

Hey! here's a 10% raise!

Well, now things cost 12% more but that's not our fault. We got you a 10% raise!

Works great on most Americans, I've lost all patience with uneducated morons republican or democrat.

Biggest problem in the US is that people THINK they know what they're talking about. The problem with all this empowerment talk. Yep, empower the morons. Even people with advanced degrees with zero real education in finance, statistics....think they know better. Complete arrogance.

I don't know medical science, I stay out of it. But whoa nelly, that doesn't stop the rest of the folks from thinking their degrees know they mean poo when it comes to finance, economics, statistics and so forth.

BEFORE ELECTION: "Vote for me I'll kill our pipeline plans and increase regulations on domestic drilling and production."

AFTER ELECTION: "I have no control over oil supply, price, or its production which won't be ready soon anyway, so let's ramp up more wind and sun."

Gallon of gas:
* 1/20/2021: $2.38
* 1/20/2022: $3.31
* 3/10/2022: $4.32

VP Harris: 'voters got what they asked for'

Dems: Penalize the oil companies (not Putin)

What a freakin' train wreck...

Because in this case the high price of gas is NOT their fault.
Biden did this from Day 1 with his EO's and campaigned on this.

And now points the finger at anyone but himself.

Tax Oil Companies and Give Tax to Americans

And what will happen? The oil companies will just raise their price to cover the increased tax liability, thereby passing the tax costs onto the consumer. And these people who come up with birdbrained ideas like this are our rulers. Heaven help us.

Someone has to stop the insanity! It’s not their fault it’s yours for Christ's sake.. the market is reacting to your policies. That what free markets do. This is going nowhere.

Exxon made 23 Billion in profit for 2021, you don't think keeping their production levels lower isn't benefiting them?

23 billion in profit in 2021, doesn't sound like that much. Exxon net worth as of March 11, 2022 is $359.52B.
