Yup. Rich celebrity buys better attorneys and better access to the legal process.
Mostly I just find it amusing how it's this particular incident that has the snowlfakes triggered about how that has always been the case. Must be something different about this one or they'd be exhausted about being outraged everytime a rich person used a well-compensated defense attorney to get them better access to the legal process than they would from an overworked public defender.
I certainly don't feel sorry for that scum, but the unfortunate part is that he was raised with that attitude from the time he was dropped in the cradle. He actually believe all the garbage he spouts because he has heard it all of his life. Judging by the things granny said during the trial, he never had a chance, brainwashed from birth. Far too many other raised the same way.
When I listened to the sentencing phase and the judges firmness in following thru with the jail sentence. It now comes off thru appeals as a waste of time to even have gone thru the trial and sentencing. Though he was found GUILTY.
Many a murderer or other egregious criminals are kept in jail even when appeals are processing.
Was it the same judge that signed the release?

Suddenly the jail doesn't censor mail or the phone system? Something is so ' off' about that allegation. Someone get that fellow a backbone and some big boy pants .
The judicial system is actually saying... We followed the justice system. Had the trial. Held your sentencing . But ya know what, because you are Mr Looney tunes, we will turn our back on that long practice judicial system. Please, leave the jail til we can decide if we goofed in even daring to think you did the alledged' crime. Smh!
So when they tell you no one is above the law just remember that doesn't include anyone with a lot of money.
