This is essentially using the government as a weapon against the people.
Since when did any country and its people get anything for the masses under Marxism or Socialism or Communism? It is bait and switch to a dictatorship and oppression of the people. It is a power grab to rule over the masses. PROMISES...EMPTY PROMISES!
If they push this nonsense too far, they are going to have a race war. And with 13.4% against 86.6% ... I wonder who would come out on top.
Of course, a RACE war is exactly what they (leftist/progressive/collectivist/tyrant whatever you want to call the SOBs) want. They cannot take this nation down the road to hell unless they seriously divide the population into various factions, all hating one another.

President Biden’s Executive Order On Advancing Racial Equity has given Marxists a once in a lifetime opportunity to put the full force of the federal government to the work of redistributing wealth.
This resource guide explains how to organize and build capacity at the federal level. It focuses on organizing strategies and structures, and appears to be the Marxist game plan to 'fundamentally transform' our government.
This guide talks about acknowledging historical harm done by federal agencies and then it talks about directly funding organizations for racial Justice. That sounds like reparations.
They talked about compensating leaders and organizations who they feel have been wronged. That sounds like more reparations.
They are using partnerships between elected officials in government and communities activists to manage and accelerate the change process through changing policies, practices and procedures.
They openly admit thier goal is to transform agencies and the whole of the federal government.
They are cultivating Congressional champions for their cause.
They are forming agency-specific "Racial Equity Core Teams" to coordinate the implementation of the racial Equity plan across agencies. There is likely a “Racial Equity Core Team” in your county.
They are building Network structures across the whole of federal government for long-term institutional change.
They want to grow their agency leadership and support its capacity through new mandates, funding, Partnerships, communication and addressing resistance.
They are prepared for backlash and they have plan for you if you don't play along. Their plan includes propaganda campains, indoctrination, re-education and if that doesn't work, replacement.
This agenda has to be stopped or we will lose our country.

Karl Marx said, "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs." That's what's in the White House.

The current iteration is Identity Marxism. The worker from Class Marxism has been replaced by racial and sexual minorities as the proletariat, but it's the same conflict theory structure. The Identity Marxists convince you that you are oppressed, and the only way you will seize the means of culture is by destroying the oppressors and destroying the system
Only for people who don't know about Marxism. Marxism isn't about wealth redistribution.
Historically, from the perspective of United States history, ‘red scare’ or anti-communist hysteria has always accompanied & put a tremendous amount of pressure on civil rights movements, likely beginning with Eugene Debs & still with us in the present day.
The tactic of referring to all people who supported universal civil rights & integration as communists was heavily used throughout the history of the United States. Politicians & others employed anti-communism as an important tool to preserve "the southern way of life."
Because the Communist Party supported equal rights for African Americans, people who worked in the civil rights movements were referred to as communists. Eventually, many politicians in the South would label anyone a communist who disagreed with them on any issue.
The Lost Cause mythologies were a set of beliefs in search of a history. So too the mythologies & sacred cows of the present day.
