No biggie, you must be a democrat, trying to make something out of nothing.. All those conducting the witch-hunt trials for a nothing burger should go to jail when the good guys take over and, once again, save America..
Even though I disagree with some of Justice Thomas's ' opinions'.
He is there to serve the public.
He took an oath.
And so far he has shown no cause to ' step down', retire, or resign.
What his lulubell wife does is on her.
He is not her jail keeper.
So why don't we go through the entire gamut of married couples working in high level government positions FIRST, before exploring private citizens?
Many wives hold on to their maiden names to take away the appearance of marital collusion.
Justice Thomas has been too outspoken about his particular political biases. Couple that with the activism of his wife and it presents a situation where there is at the very least the appearance of partiality on SCOTUS. Thomas ought to cool his and his wife's jets or resign.
Thomas is a disgrace and so is his wife, but Supreme Court justices don't have the same Codes of Conduct like United States Judges.
