The ruling will most likely be appealed and go no where.

There will be law suits flying and they will win them. Depends on how much tax payer money we want to give away but Potato Joe doesn't seem to care about the free money so why stop there.

Seriously? After how long? This is a tremendous miscarriage of justice. There needs to be penalties for this violation of so many people's rights.

As bad as it’s getting for Joe, if he bends over we’ll be able to see Russia thru that gapping hole that is his arse.

No. I'm saying you claiming the ruling doesn't matter is sounding like a marxist. Libs/Democrats don't seem to care about the law. They will just do what they want anyways. That's why Biden is losing so many court cases.

Delta and United have issued statements - they are not enforcing the mandate as of now.

It's over, at least for air travel.

I wonder if UBER and LYFT are going to continue playing COVID theater for no reason. Well, a reason besides politics.

tell us the # of folks that have been hospitalized or died from Covid exposure in a US airport or on a flight.

then understand that even my "Democrat state" airport has magically dropped the requirement in the terminal.
