The bike certainly is the issue here. Even the neighbors said the bike was being given away. How could a person get the bike without trespassing? If there was a No Trespassing sign they wouldn`t be able to give the bike away. I hope you`re able to follow along here. There was no trespassing or theft and that`s why 5 cops were canned.

He failed to follow a police officer’s instructions and resisted them.

He wasn’t killed for stealing a bike or for trespassing. He died after being tazed for resisting arrest.

I hope you’re able to follow along here.

So tired of worthless trash like this getting lotto payments for their own stupidity. A walking reason for abortion.

A neighbor called 911 to report a homeless guy had just stolen a bike from a neighbor's yard. Reality, the bike's owner gave Jim Rogers the bike and he took it for a spin and returned it.

Without checking with the bike's owner, LE arrested Rogers who refused to comply. Police tased him 8 X and EMTs ignored his requests for help. 5 officers were fired.

As it relates to the recent Will Smith-like reaction, the officer faces assault charges and no question, the victim he punched will file an excessive force claim and get a financial settlement.

Reportedly, there were about 2 dozen protestors who marched from an adjoining jurisdiction to Wilkensburg.
The adjoining jurisdiction took a different approach and avoided confrontation. They escorted the marchers during their brief march. The receiving jurisdiction instead chose to enforce the law that does not permit protesting in the streets. Obviously the protesters did not comply and instead, became verbally abusive and ultimately resisted arrest. Officer lost it and punched and likely his LE career has ended.

Protesters could have, at any point, chosen to move to the sidewalk and avoided the confrontation.
The bike was going to be given away after the fact. He also sat on the porch and wouldn’t leave. He resisted arrest and got tased.

“Officer lost it and punched and likely his LE career has ended”. That’s funny stuff. His career isn’t ended and the protesters shouldn’t have been on the road. Another instance of folks not being able to behave. Great for the cop.

The bike....the bike....the bike. It isn't about the bike. It's about someone who resisted arrest instead of peacefully cooperating with the police. Had he cooperated, mental illness or not, there would have been no use of the tazer which ultimately led to his death. He, and only he, brought this onto himself.

Bingo…but many love to defend criminals and make them out to be the martyr.

How can BLM be a thing anymore after their leader bought that $6 million dollar house? Don't they realize that they have been taken, conned and tricked? What has BLM ever done for the Black community?

In the video they shout "No justice No peace" what does that even mean anymore? They really need to look to themselves before blaming others.

What a stupid mess shown in that video that as usual could have been avoided.

Do an internet search and see how often BLM appears as to doing something, even protesting. There are far more stories about people denouncing it, getting thrown out of church for supporting it, ripping down signs or stories about its leadership. That's just a reflection of folks hinked on the organization's existence.

So there's a difference between talking about BLM and national political figures. I really don't think its useful to waste time on if a group bought an overpriced building.
