In reading the article, I could not tell what exactly happened. It seems like tests were falsified with negative results given and yet people were advised to seek further advice from their medical professional??? And then there was some kind of kick-back to the doctor from insurance companies? But if that is true, it makes absolutely no sense to me, so I am quite sure I "got it wrong".
Can someone please translate and simplify what actually happened?
