Screaming into the ether again. I hate the world Trump, his supporters, and his detractors have created. You think he's easy to ignore, but he's not. He's everywhere. No news program or social media website is immune. It's always Trump, Trump, TRRUUUUUUUUMMP! The Trump Twitter story is on CNN, it's on Fox, it's on NPR, and it's on OAN. It's all over Twitter, Facebook, C-D, and Reddit. I walk into a bookstore or a library, and books about Trump are displayed right inside the door. He is everywhere! He's inescapable!
Funny thing, you've probably ran into many Trump supporters, without even knowing it. They were most likely just as cordial to you, as you were to them. The average GOP supporter has not created this world you hate. The media, social media, and those led by it, are the ones creating all the division. Extremists on both sides are guilty, although the ones on the left created, and pushed many to become more extreme.
Thank you. My father's cancer has returned with a vengeance, and he is moving to hospice. My parents live in Florida Trump country, and I will be leaving later this week for an extended stay to help them. That means dealing with an unavoidable Trump-loving relative, who has poor boundaries and no doubt will be a nonstop fountain of crap the entire time I'm in town. I'm in a bad place today and hanging on by my fingertips. There are other things going on, too, but I'll spare you the details. C-D is probably not the best place for me right now, but it allows me to vent, and as I stated earlier, I'm really needing to scream into the ether at the moment. Or punch something. Punching something definitely might help.
So sorry for you and your family.
Pillows are good for punching. Yelling out loud sometimes helps a bit.

There are quite a number of Trump supporters and right wing extremists here on CityData who can get quite nasty. Please don't try to pretend they are all nice and respectful. It is not just the media's fault. People are responsible for their own behavior.
Really? I have democrats in my family and they love America ALOT! Actually, a lot of them have served our country by dedicating their career life to the military. I find your statement very very offensive. This crap slinging back and forth has to stop.
As far as Musk is concerned, he has absolutely no common sense. Nothing like keeping the chaos going in our country.
I do not believe you one bit as what you claim is impossible
Bless Musk for believing in freedom! Something democrats hate which is why they hate America SO much!
I grow more of a fan of Musk everyday. I love how folks question the hUUUUgely successful and richest man in the world as though he has no idea what he’s talking about.
Good move.
The party of "love and tolerance" is anything but, when their viewpoints/beliefs are challenged.
