Illinois has a 3 Strike Law, too- Conviction of 3 violent felonies.
Both states release early for good behavior.
Prison is not a deterrent to habitual criminals.
States/ counties need to determine if anything would prevent offshoring violent offenders to the lowest bidding country. Could be a cash cow for some countries.
Especially for countries who still have the death penalty.
Actually, don't laugh but those countries never seem to have any repeat offending problems. It's a bit tough on those who are falsely convicted though.

Actually this is what happens much more so when children are raised in a single parent environment. Every study tells us that overwhelmingly that is where the violence comes from.
Last chance to settle old scores rather than move on like the graduates. Shows where the priorities are of young people not even respecting innocent lives and a graduation ceremony which is an accomplishment they probably never made it too.
