Well yes and no. We are actively prolonging the war in Ukraine right now. So its not all talk.
The decrepit clown and his state dept could bumble us into WWIII with such casual threats.

The Left told us how Trump was going to gt us into new wars and possibly nuke the planet on an enraged whim but here is Biden stirring the pot in Ukraine and turning up the heat in China. Trump challenged China on the trade disparities. Doing that was not going to start any wars, now one was going to die but it made China uncomfortable by raising the tariffs etc.. Old Joe has outright threatened China with one of his off hand remarks.
China is going to do what China wants to do and some old fool cannot change that with an idle threat.
