This is becoming more clear...look at the agencies who are most vocally against gun rights!

Any state or local cop will arrest someone in a freaking heartbeat (on federal gun charges)!! WTH are these cops smoking? Do they not respect states rights or citizens rights?

And then, the ATF...their class 3 gun laws, pretty tough and very aggressively enforced.

Seems pretty obvious to me, who the enemy of freedom is (in relation to guns anyway).

Lets all tell law enforcement how we feel this Memorial day?

Nah, law enforcement are the first ones folks call when they’re in a position they can’t handle. The same folks, especially anti-gun folks, that complain about them are many of the same folks that call them when they can’t fend for themselves…and if they all walked off the job, folks would be begging for them to come back.

Silly. Law enforcement is just exactly that, enforcing the law. They are not the ones making the laws. The politicians do. If you don’t like the laws, take it up with your elected officials.

Seems to me, law enforcement takes certain things very personally! Almost like they take great joy in enforcing certain laws?

Plus, police do have have a choice in what they can enforce, and how aggressively they enforce... (we have seen this before).

State or local police would not hesitate to arrest on federal gun charges, they will do this in a heartbeat.

The problem is that good cops often get chased out by bad cops. Cops are subject to laws of human nature and power corrupts.

Will you also tell them to legalize heroin?

The OP's viewpoint is rather global and in many circumstances just wrong. When you need a cop no one else will do.
