Lying on a federal document or forging a federal document. The false elector certification was sent to the national archives.
If this was done as part of a conspiracy to commit a terrorist act or sedition(in concert with oath keepers/ proud boys facing sedition charges) that could be serious prison time.

The DOJ/FBI modus operandi is to get defendants to turn on their co conspirators. Bannon and Stone I don’t see them ratting. Meadows ,Eastman and Clark are going to turn on whoever they can to stay out of prison

Recall some of these people were asking for pardons. I imagine that’s not going to look good in court if the defendant is a lawyer

Lying or forging? Which is it? are you throwing charges at the wall to see what sticks? add a terrorist attack to the list? O.K.

884 people have been charged so far, and and that number is still climbing.

DOJ seeks longer sentence for Capitol rioter they labeled as a domestic terrorist
Federal prosecutors want Guy Reffitt, the first Capitol attack defendant to go to trial, to spend 15 years in federal prison.

You will bet? more wishful thinking. I have a feeling when the GOP congress takes over this will get blown up in details.

Charge with what? trespassing? resisting arrest? Most are misdemeanors. Can you put the 882 people charge with the actual charges and verdict if applicable. What are the details? How many had NO prior criminal records.
