Well it's true. A unit for foreigners who came to fight was created in March along with easements on visas and increased pay.

It's all out there on the internet...just mostly on foreign news sites because US MSM doesn't want to tell you about it.

So it's up to Zelensky to "do something".

A mercenary is a "gun for hire" and that's what these Americans did...get hired by Ukraine to fight for them...can't beat $2K a day.
And the American media constantly is telling everyone about the brave Americans who went to Ukraine to save democracy for the world LOL. What an embarrassment these mercenaries are for the U.S. It's pretty hard to fathom how far the media will go to continue the lies they started months ago and now can't backtrack them.

They are fighting for democracy. There is nothing wrong with getting paid a little for putting their life on the line. They don't have to be there, but they chose to be there to help Ukraine fight a bully. That's bravery and courage. When was the last time you did something brave and courageous? Shooting your mouth off on the internet doesn't count.

You're right. I can't remember the last time I stuck my nose in someone else's war for money.

There is no difference between the foreigners in Ukraine and the French Foreign Legion. They are not mercenaries and are protected by the Geneva Convention.
