In fairness, 630k switched to Dem, which means the Republicans gained 370k on net.

And that analysis happened before SCOTUS went all constitutional and started vacating bad decisions and angering people. It might move more people left.

Just sayin'

Those pesky little facts get in the way.

with every passing day, I find it beyond the realm of belief that the OP really wasn't a Trump voter, probably a very outspoken/oft-posting one, that's an ignoramus with a new identity

This is election rigging, and regardless of legality, it's immoral and unethical.

It's also part of an overall strategy being employed by Democrats. No morals. No ethics. Just whatever it takes.

Here in Michigan, a bunch of Democrats ran as Tea Party candidates.

Democrats do love to rig an election!

I don't think so. Latest Politico poll says that only 49% disapprove of overturning Roe. They got a plurality, but not a majority, and it looks like support is falling, as normal people are being told that they have to support infanticide in order to vote Democrat.

And I'm not one of them. I'm more likely to vote for a 3rd party candidate (which I've done twice).

Yeah, because I'm sure the #1 thing on people's mind amidst record inflation, $7 gas, a porous border and a crime wave not seen since the 70s is.... drumroll... abortion! (Unless you are a privileged urban white woke millennial, in which case never having to face real life has warped your view so much to the point where abortion and trans rights probably is on your mind 24/7/365).

I think everyone is just sick of the endless nonsense from the progressive nutjobs over the past decade or so. I think they’re burnt out and just want things to be more stable, more “normal”.
The opinion of normal is debatable, but it’s definitely not what we are living through now.
I remember in the old days when “PC” was this cute little joke people would giggle about “oh you better not say that it’s not PC”, or “you can’t call him a janitor anymore it’s degrading, he’s a custodial engineer”. And people would chuckle and fluff it off. But look what has become of it.
It’s spiraled completely out of control that people are tip toeing through life afraid they will be “cancelled” or attacked by the woke mob or whatever.
Yeah people are just shot. Even if they don’t embrace conservative or republican ideals and values, it’s the safer, more normal option.
