In the game of life they got dealt a pretty bad starting hand.
Years back there was a kid about that age running down the middle of the street by my friends house. Long story short, the local police already knew him by name, mom on drugs all the bad stuff.
I’ve been saying on this forum since I joined that you need a license to drive or hunt but any imbecile can become a parent. You should have to apply for a license and prove your responsible or that kid goes to a place where they learn values, respect and community.

We're just moved in the opposite direction with overturning Roe. These are kids where the mother decided she was ready. Imagine all of the women who are saying they aren't but will be forced into it.

Then cut welfare completely off and give tax breaks to charities that require people to work on improving their lives to fund them.
video footage has emerged of a young child repeatedly hitting a Minnesota cop who was there to arrest a murder suspect — calling the officer a “b—h” and telling his colleague to “shut the f–k up!”...
“Shut up, b—h!” screamed the young child, who appeared to be only a few years old and wearing just underwear while standing in the street, with an even younger child in a diaper just behind him.
He then strode up and hit one of them, repeating, “Shut up, b—h!”
One bystander {looks like a teenager} can be heard encouraging the children and calling out that one of the officers was an “Oreo head,” a slur suggesting a black person is acting white.
Some kids are born with a rap sheet instead of a birth certificate.
