Prior to these rulings, Biden's people were too busy defending his economic policies. Now they are using abortions and gun control to distract and attack.
Maybe they were thinking that it's time to get back to interpreting what the constitution actually says, instead of trying to advance the social agenda of the left.

That's was a rhetorical question. The conservative court is not helping their party.

If you have a vital, robust, growing economy you can be more socially benevolent. The dems just don't get that... they want to TAKE other peoples money, to pay for their social wish list.

Gas has been coming down for weeks already. Next complaint...

Well I bought gas for $.38 a gal in 1970. Inflation would make that gas $2.86. Is that a realistic outlook for gas prices?
When Biden took office on Jan. 20, 2021, the national average cost of a gallon was $2.39.

What does your 'expert' crystal ball tell you?

Well, that's fundamentally the problem. The Court isn't supposed to be worried about what helps either party. The libs have used the court for years to advance their social causes. Whether it's abortion, lgbtq+ issues or other nonsense, it's not the job of the Court to do the legislature's job for them. They should be solely focused on upholding the rule of law.

The court is the final interpretation of the Constitution and laws that are constitutional. They don't make laws or hold trials.

It went to $5/gallon here and now it's like $4.65/gallon last I pumped. I don't pay attention to minor blips any more than I do minor blips in the stock market. What we've had since Brandon has taken office can be described as major market disruptions, not minor blips like you are talking about.

I was paying $2/gallon when Trump was in office. That should put things clearly into perspective for you of what I am talking about. Americans are going to continue to believe the Brandon administration is failing them on energy so long as we are paying north of $3/gallon. The dollar is very strong right now, so prices should be falling. I'm not sure if Brandon deserves any credit for that, but you would be wise to keep that kernel of truth with you, since stronger dollars = more oil for our dollars. We will see how that plays into the price we pay at the pump going forward.

Exactly. The person you are talking to is a Leftist and it shows exactly their mindset, which is about using the court to further their political and social justice causes.

One of the solutions to those labor shortages is something you conservatives are constantly complaining about.
