A worker tearfully recounted an interaction she had with her “blunt manager” after failing to understand a term she had never heard before.

In her video, Shaylee @shayleeraye ponders starting a new series about “all the awful things my boss says to me.”

She says she started the job a month ago and referred to her manager as “blunt” in the caption of the TikTok.

“I literally get told how terrible of a person I am and how unsmart I am,” she says before sharing an example.
The video is absolutely hilarious. If something like this is all it takes to literally bring her to tears I don't see how she can possibly survive in society, much less the workplace LOL! Also, off-topic, but her voice is SOOOOOO annoying as all hell!

So, like, literally this video is NOT absolutely hilarious. It's more like so literally pathetic.

So, like, literally a "ringer" can mean many things:

And yes, her voice is annoying. Another reason why she so like literally sounds uneducated.

What an idiot. Total block of wood.
Another bimbo that just must state “I am educated”.
I can’t stand these morons. 11 seconds into the video I wanted to duct tape her mouth and put a bag over her head. She belongs in the kitchen or making babies.

What's a ringer? Honestly it's not a term commonly used out here. I can see her point. It has several possible definitions. I'm not going go judge her. She's one that needs containment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJxbiHBpSc4

She's just a little young/thin-skinned. It's making her see any sort of help or mentoring as criticism or personal attacks. That's all. Time and experience should fix that.

At least she's not going on and on about all of her various pronouns and how to use them in sentences.
So that's refreshing, at least.

Screechy, cryeee, new-agey Hipsters cry and squeal over nothing.....this one seems
fairly tame.

The same cannot be said for the wild-eyed ones who have been very violent as
of late........Oregon being a good example.

Her boss is an if he gave her grief for not knowing something. No one is born with knowledge. It is acquired. Being the smartest one in the room (of two or more) requires a bit of tact. Berating or humiliating people because they don't know what you know is crass. Teach. Explain. It feels good.
