The FBI lied on the affidavits to get the FISA warrants. How do we know they didn't lie this time, too?
If they haven’t caught on by now they never will. Republicans should seriously run on cutting the FBI budget, why support an agency that turns a blind eye to one side and targets the other? I’m sick of my tax dollars being used against us.

Where is it in the Constitution?
There are people, like some dems, who had committed murder and are in prison for life who are still allowed to run for president, and still get votes too.
The statute that, if convicted of it, would bar Trump from running for President again was listed earlier in this thread.
That is not clear. It would likely be contested up to the SCOTUS. And if one takes the position that the constitution "trumps" a statute and the SCOTUS is likely to look at it that way. Trump can run.
Of course they don't want to hear about the Dems or FBI's lies, finagling, corruption, etc. Especially when they are using those tactics against Trump or those around him.
Spoiler
ps. Chutney is probably guilty. Women don't wash their hair right after getting a perm.
LOL.
And sadly, many are taking a shower in perpetuity, so they are unwilling/unable to hear anything except their own drip, drip... and no matter how much cold water is slapped in their faces, they'll never awaken...
It makes no sense to suggest that the Democrats would take a high risk move to slam him when it is clear this is energizing Republicans against the Dems.
There is no way Democrats gave a seal of approval of this warrant as a tool to help them with anything.
Makes no sense is the key phrase, but their obsession, angst, and trying sOOO hard to keep him from running again has no bounds.
Quite the assumption. They’re also the dullards that put Sleepy Joe in charge which has resulted in countless debacles.
Why hasn't Trump released the warrant? It will say what they were looking for. Maybe he doesn't want people to know the truth and wants them to think it is only about the documents.
“Trump declassified whole sets of materials in anticipation of leaving government that he thought the American public should have the right to read themselves,” Kash Patel, a former top Trump administration official, told Breitbart News in a phone interview in May. According to Patel, the classification markings just had not been updated.
“The White House counsel failed to generate the paperwork to change the classification markings, but that doesn’t mean the information wasn’t declassified,” Patel added. “I was there with President Trump when he said ‘We are declassifying this information.’”
“The story says the National Archives found the documents had classification markings on them. That doesn’t mean that they were not declassified. All previously classified documents have classification markings on them, it shows they used to be classified. It’s petty bureaucracy at its finest, government simpletons not following a president’s orders to have them marked ‘declassified.’ The president has unilateral authority to declassify documents — anything in government. He exercised it here in full,” Patel explained.
Declassified or not-and Patel’s story reeks of insincerity-official records are still not Trump’s personal papers. They are government property.
