He looks like one very old, sickly man. Definitely not up to the task of Commander in Chief. That's probably what leaders of other nations are thinking also. Putin knew he was a pushover, especially when Biden said he would tolerate a limited invasion of Ukraine. China has to be thinking it's time to do Taiwan while Biden is still alive.

If his "doctor" wife had really cared about Joe's needs, she would NEVER allowed him to run. He's had issues well before he even started the primaries.
She believed she could fake it out for 4 years and no one would notice how frail he is. This office really takes a toll on even very healthy, athletic people. Look at Obama before and after.
She has sped up his death clock by allowing this to happen.
