Don't expect an honest accurate answer from the idiot who said: "My Build Back Better will cost zero dollars and add zero dollars to the national debt."

How would you like to see that much added on to the amount you (or your family) owes?
The math is correct, and its a shocker.

All countries or democracies rise and fall. America will be no different. The world is tired of us just printing money and have already stated to setup other exchange currencies. The day they decide it’s time to stop supporting our unbridled spending and we can’t even afford the interest on our debt which is at 1/2 trillion dollars it all comes down and that is when real pain begins.

I love this:

My great grand father drove a truck
My father drove a Cadillac
I drive a Maserati
My sons drives a Land Rover
His son will drive a Cadillac
His son will drive a truck
His son will wish he had a horse

The lack of work ethic and personal responsibility we are seeing today will create a lot of people wishing they had a horse.

Dictatorship is great when it's your side that's doing the dictating. It's not so fun when it's your side that has to pay the bills for the deadbeats whom the dictator has let off the hook.

I paid off my own college loans. And I've been funding my kids' college savings plans so they won't have to go into debt. So why should I have to pay for your deadbeat kids too?

"honey, please don't borrow 150K loan to study Underwater Basketweaving because you will not be able to find a good paying job with a useless degree. There are 4 options 1) study something useful, 2) go to community college and then transfer to state univ, 3) join the military for GI Bill benefits, 4) go to a trade school"

even if they were to forgive all the debt, it still doesn't solve the problem

1. college is expensive...there is NOTHING that can be done about that...you will not get professors to work for free

2. they students had high expectations, then don't get hired, or don't get a 6 figure job at entry level, because of a tight market, poor grades, and probably a poor credit rating, or a bunch of other reasons

3. if congress (POTUS can NOT do this by EO) was to wipe the 1.7 trillion if todays student debt...what happens in another 10 years... lather, rinse, repeat
