Man accused of swinging ax during McDonald’s fight released without bail
Americans should know to avoid NYC if they're going to keep releasing violent criminals without bail.

I don't worry what happens anymore in the Dem cities that voted to be lax on crime.
This is what happens when you favor the criminals over your residents.

Let them go and erect statues of their local criminals and pay homage to them.

A person that lives in NYC and doesn't have a gun maybe? I also saw the. Idea where they repeatedly hit him in the back of the head will he stood still with his back to them. Then I also saw one where he appears to have slapped somebody before that I think. A lot of people would ask who brings a gun to McDonald's but around here that's encouraged.

But yeah I watch Fox and have to say on this they aren't telling the whole story.

Fair enough. I saw the video online last night, but it didn't show what led up to the incident. Just the guy going berserk.

Perhaps he works for an arborist, or some trade. He had it in a back pack.

Maybe he packs it for self defense. Who knows? The reporting Fox did was lazy at best and biased at worst.

Wouldn't that be concealed.

I saw a bit more of the "chop up" on "The Five" last night and for some reason the other patrons were ganging up on the guy and punching him. They stopped, there were words exchanged, he went to his bag and pulled out the ax and went to work.

Isn't it typical that he was released with out bail and they probably gave him his ax back too? The guy looked crazy. If he had a gun instead of an ax would he have started firing it?

What most are missing is that even though he did not hurt anyone swinging that ax around he still did thousands of dollars in damages to that McDonalds and he should be made to pay for those damages.

The mainstream media doesn't want to show these crimes because they do not want the public to be overly alarmed about what is going on because the blame for this random crime is the Democrats and their lousy soft on crime policies. This is an election year after all...
In the video, he's arguing with someone on the other side of the counter, and he tries to jump over the counter a couple of times. 3 guys try to 'talk him down' and then he takes a punch at one of the guys. At that point, all 3 of them started slapping and punching him.

Well...it wasn't really self defense. First, he was trying to jump over the counter, and was arguing with whoever was behind the counter. He tried to jump the counter a couple of times.

Some of the guys were trying to get him to calm down, and then he took a swing at one of the guys. That's when they started hitting and smacking him around.

Then he got his hatchet out, and did the damage with his hatchet, and then he slapped some other random guy who was sitting in his seat, a couple of times.

If anything, I think it was the other 3 guys who showed more restraint.
