McD's dont need to advertise on black owned Media. They are already huge in the black community. They have stores in almost all of them. Its the white crowd they need to attract.
Being "black owned Media" is most racist itself. Why it got to be a "Black Owned" Media? It should just be Media. Is Black suppose to be some exclusive prefix?

Black owned media and media the reaches the black community are two different things.
For example, BET is not considered black owned media.
Byron Allen wants people to think McD is not spending money trying to reach the black community.
It's simply not true.

While I have much respect for Allen as a businessman and have even paid to watch his act as a Comedian, this seems a little frivolous. As for as advertising dollars anyone who has watched any commercials over the last year will notice half the actors are black, not Asian, Native, Indian, or other. Hollywood should get their act together and have equal represemaration.
Not to mention any journalist or news reports on the local or national new are black while all the other races are unrepresented. Same with all the network TV shows.
I don't think this lawsuit is really about winning in court. It's about publicly shaming McDonalds into advertising on minority owned media.
