Does it really matter, the mental state of the President, when, all thru history, the Top Advisors are the ones running show along with their corporate donors? Just make sure the fingers are working to hold a pen and sign a bill.

Exactly. These stupid biased liberal polls would make it seem like Biden's approval rating keeps surging when in reality it has only improved a little bit from June to August from like 38% to 41.X% in the last 3 months as it has held steady in the last month and some polls even suggest going back down.
It is still well under water at 41-42% if you look at all polling data across the board at odds sites which is still bad and it reached the 41.X% level like 1 month ago and has sat there since with little movement.
