It's a given such car madness along with flash mobs robberies are only going to increase.
They probably had one police car for that part of town, not four. My relative who is a retired cop told me a few years back his city of over 200,000 only had one police car available at night and not to tell anyone. They lie.

Things are spiraling out of control. As long as they keep that stuff in the blue cities and away from middle class areas, it's fine with me. People want to elect soft on crime democrat politicians, this is what you get.

If the police show up any sooner, it's racist and they were profiling and being prejudice.

If the police show up any later, it's racist and they are ignoring the plights and crime of the inner city.

The police provided a reason for the slow response, and a valid one at that. There's a difference between a reason and an excuse.

What I'd like to hear is the reason why Dem city leadership let it get to this point. However, all they will have is excuses, because this situation was entirely avoidable had they done their damn jobs and provided the police sufficient resources and support.

A dead body should be the lowest priority. It isn't going anywhere. The police should have been redirected to the active threat.

Nope. Depends on the dead body. If said body is dead as the result of murder, the crime scene must be secured as soon as possible to prevent contamination.

The police have prioritized millions of calls. You, not so much. And it shows.
