The Republicans do want what's best for people they're just too corrupt and complacent. The democrats, well you're right they can't govern. They won't be content unless daddy government pays them from cradle to grave just simply to exist and even then they won't be happy because you never appreciate what you're given you only appreciate what you work to achieve.
The more people we have getting something from nothing the more entitled they get and the more they demand in a never-ending cycle.
Both parties are filled with self serving, money grubbing parasites who want to tell you how to live your life.
The government shouldn't be run by political parties. We are designed to be run by the people. The people have allowed political parties to exist. The people have allowed the political parties to divide us. Sure it makes things easier to say their side is bad, my side is good... but easier doesn't mean better.
Until people stop taking their cues from the narratives of the political parties and the propaganda media, and start believing in their own senses and loving their neighbor - things will remain the same.

The GOP want to give people the opportunity to succeed. Liimiting regulation and bureaucracy.
The dems want to take money from successful people and hand the money out to less successful ones. And they think that is fair.
The GOP believe in individuals abilities more than the dems do. But they are too cozy with theocracy.
Republicans: we want what’s worst for everyone and we are evil
Democrats: we hate life and ourselves, we can’t govern
all these years after that episode, it still rings true.
