I think folks saw this coming. So, Judge Cannon remains overturned.

Quote:
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a request from former President Donald J. Trump to intervene in the litigation over documents seized from his Florida estate. The court’s order, which was a sentence long, was a stinging rebuke to Mr. Trump. There were no noted dissents, and the court gave no reasons, saying only: “The application to vacate the stay entered by the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit on Sept. 21, 2022, presented to Justice Thomas and by him referred to the court is denied.”

Judge Cannon is getting destroyed in this case by people much smarter than her

The Federalist Society tried as hard as they could to protect Trump with their hand-picked far-right judges, but thank God we have a system of checks and balances

Another BRUTAL day for Donald Trump

Liberals crack me up. The S.C. only declared they won't pick up the case and will leave it to the 11th court. Out of 7,000 cases a year that petitions for the S.C. to take only less than 3% gets picked up. They didn't say the 11th court was wrong or Judge Cannon. All they said was they aren't picking up the case like they do to 97% of the cases that lands in the S.C. and they refuse to take.

Liberals complain about the S.C. that they are political and frauds when they don't like a judgement to the point of attacking their homes and family. When the S.C. does something they like then it's "thank God we have a system of checks and balances"

I guess Clarence Thomas is good for 1 day.

I actually was a bit nervous because well, you know, Cannon and all. But thankfully, cooler heads prevailed.

Until the court rules something the left hates and then it's back in making the S.C. illegitimate and go to their homes to protest.

Liberals are so predictable. If the S.C. took the case which they reject 97% of all cases that land on their court then the attack by the left would be "Trump judges are protecting him" "We need to stack the courts"

Well it's good that the SCOTUS tossed out the appeal. DJT's usual attempt to legally frustrate his opponents and make them run out of money doesn't look like it will work this time.
