I read the FBI crime report for 2021 and there were so many large cities that had no data on the crime report and dozens of small towns and small cities mainly in the South have shockingly high homicide rates that are even worse than the highest homicide rate large cities.
The FBI crime report for 2021 came out and the violent crime is so bad that data for many cities is not being reported.
The FBI crime report data used to be much more easier to find on the website, now it has to be downloaded also.
Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Francisco and many other cities crime was not published by the FBI for 2021
The towns and cities that reported their data had some astounding violence numbers for last year.
Many small cities across the USA who's crime data was published have absolutely stunning homicide rates that resemble a war-zone.
If they can find a 1,000 person city with 2 murders they can claim the murder rate is 200.
At the end of the day, pick any random year and about 3/4ths of all counties have zero murders.
Murders are heavily concentrated.
Take Michigan for example, the cities of Detroit & Flint have less than 8% of the state's population, but 50% of the murders. There are other cities in the state with a similar concentration of murders.
Most counties in Michigan however will go years without a murder.

Maybe on November 9th, the new leadership can get to the bottom of this, and tie federal spending going to the states to those same states reporting all crimes. Problem solved.
Don't read the report...just take their word for it...
