Twitter will be delisted on Nov. 8th.

That is like the 'Fact-Checkers' of Facebook, who have already testified in court that they do not use any facts as basis for any of their 'fact-checking' it is purely personal opinions.
Your understanding is based on other people's understanding.

As a user of Twitter since it has been available.....I know left and right that were suspended, blocked and banned.

Same on Facebook. As many libetral friends have been blocked, or suspended as conservative. It is less about what you say but how you say it.

Well unless of course you are just spouting bull...then left or right...bye bye.

Interesting feelings expressed........

Is it liberals or racists who know they won't be banned as Musk openly has suggested he believes everyone can say anything (unless they are saying something that might make advertisers lnot buy ads).

No he has not openly suggested any such thing. In fact, he has openly suggested the opposite. Show a reference to where he said anyone can say anything or quit it with the blatant lying.

Elon Musk is telling Twitter advertisers he is buying the platform to “help humanity” and doesn’t want it to become a “free-for-all hellscape” where anything can be said with no consequences.

He also replied to a tweet posted by Tesla fan account @RationalEtienne reading: "West Coast high tech has to make the distinction between banning hate speech and banning speech it hates."

The $8 payment is not for to be on Twitter. It is to be verified to have the blue mark. Not even the majority qualify to have the blue mark. You have to be a personality for a very special social, economic, researches, academia or political purposes. I applied for and I didn't pass so I save my $8 . No problem with that at all. I am a free human being anyway with freedom of speech no matter Elon and many like him out there and the ones that believe he is our savor like Atila riding an elephant to free the birdie.

Musk was the Liberals poster child until he sniffed of being a possible righty. Now he's a devil to the off the cliff lefters.
