Good thing these opinions have no bearing on the cases involved. Her dissent was only two pages as well.

Not surprised at all she would dissent though. She doesn't seem to be presenting anything of value in her dissent, and it's utterly pointless. It seems that even without the testimony of this particular witness, the lower courts determined that there was enough evidence to convict the defendant.

New Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has issued her first Supreme Court opinion, a short dissent Monday in support of a death row inmate from Ohio.

Jackson wrote that she would have thrown out lower court rulings in the case of inmate Davel Chinn, whose lawyers argued that the state suppressed evidence that might have altered the outcome of his trial.

Is it any surprise that a Marxist left wing hack like KBJ wrote her first opinion in support of a convicted killer? Nope.

KBJ’s recent apologies and dissenting opinions overwhelmingly involve defendants who are black, including this one. Makes me wonder if she’d written that dissenting opinion if the case had involved a white guy on DR.

What should America expect from an affirmative action scotus member, picked based on her gender and race.

I read somewhere that her agenda is to "teach" the other Justices. I'm sure they are excited to learn about HER version of the American legal system and how to apply HER version of it. Not to worry, she only has one vote and no one cares about her opinion.

Oh, only two pages. So how long should it be, and what are your qualifications to determine that?

P.S. I know nothing about the case in question, so I'm not commenting on that.

At least she's more bearable than Sotomayor. Not that that's saying much.

From a woman ( I mean "they" or "it"). Why should we believe "it" since "It" doesn't know the difference between a man and a woman

No she isn't. She interrupts the other justices like she is debating them. Jumanji Brown is an embarrassment.
