Still amazes me that we have people who claim to be "devout" Christians who adore that guy like they do.

Just shows that they don't care about a person's character. Just their politics.

Trump was confrontational and a bear. That's what we need. Trump put up with a lot from the left. They fought him all the way but he kept doing a good job and not letting them stop him. He fought hard for us and loves the country. He has a gift for seeing ahead and what needs to be done. He doesn't just look at right now.

He's smart and doesn't put up the the left's crap. Trump worked more than probably any other president. He loved what he did and it was proudest when he knew he was doing a good job. He is motivated like that. You always heard from him and knew what he was thinking and what he was working on. He was extremely transparent with us and the media. He was tough and had the respect of other countries.

It's not his fault that the left is how they are. He fought them all the way and is still fighting them. The left hate him not because it's Trump but because of his love of the country. That is opposite of what they believe so they fight him.

I guarantee you if Desantis got in, the left would treat him the exact same way. They will dig up dirt on Desantis or make up stuff like they did with Trump. They will fight him 24 hours a day just like they did Trump.

Trump has no baggage except that everyone knows the left hates his tweets and him. So what? They'll hate anyone that isn't democratic and loves the country.

As much as Trump fought for us and all the crap the left put him through, because of his love of the country and the American people, you now want to dump him for the new guy because you think he has too much baggage. Well why does he have the baggage? Who caused his baggage?

I like Desantis and I think he would be good but the exact same thing will happen to him that happened to Trump. He'll be impeached and sued for this and that and fought every step of the way. He'll have no less baggage than Trump.

To me, with as much as Trump had great policies, great economy, no inflation, closed borders, etc., why dump him just because the left caused him to have baggage? Nothing the left want more than to get rid of Trump. Y'all want the left to be successful at getting rid a a great president after he did so much for us and is still fighting as they still try to take him down? Desantis is young. He can do the following 4 years after Trump.

Any president we have that the left hate is a good sign that he'll make a good president for us and the country. If the left likes him, then this country is in trouble.
Well said.

I think Trump's ego is so large that there is no way he'll support anyone but himself. He's not capable.

Well with the election results today there will be a huge battle in the Republican party. Do we go with Trump or DeSantis for the future of our party. It's gonna be great to watch it from the sidelines.

If DeSantis is the nominee then I guess Trump will have to support Biden in 2024

I've been a Republican for years, and have shifted to more moderate recently... because of Trump and just how crazy they have become with all the conspiracies I've become disenchanted with Republicans. If R's want my vote you need to move away from Trump and the far right. I will not vote for Trump in 2024.

If he had 70 million votes at one time it must be like 50 million now. He will lose in a landslide after a very ugly primary, if he actually wins the primary. People claiming Trump owns the GOP will be in for a surprise. There was a harsh repudiation last night, of Trump not Biden. I don't like Biden but people like Trump less.

I hope Trump runs again.
It will be another sure fire win for the Democrats.

See? Here's one of them openly admitting that Trump is their great hope. They have NO popular policies that America is buying. Socialism, infinite genders, globalism, open borders, soft on crime, economically retarded, climate cultism? That can't win and they know it. In order to sneek that b*lls**t in on you they're just going to fiddle with your "HATE TRUMP" cerebral cortex and turn you into unreasoning animals who are easy to control.

Don't give them the Trump electrode that they can use to make the weak-minded twitch, cause their eyeballs roll up into their heads and walk like zombies to the polls to pull the blue lever. Sideline him to Mar-a-Lago to play golf and caper and insult a smaller and smaller audience.
