are who funds these sabbaticals. I will tell you that the Exec Director of non-profits often get sabbaticals for whatever reason. Somebody is able to convince enough people that the normally-provided time off and benefits just aren't enough.

They've been successful getting a couple of foundations, a couple of United Ways, and some BIPOC individuals/organizations to fund them.
