There’s no reduced sentence for a mass murderer. He will be spending the rest of his life in prison, either way.
There will be an uproar.......do we send him to a mens or womens prision. That in it self, will keep him out of prison.

Interesting point, which prison does a non binary person go to?

I think it changes. Week to week. That fluidity thing ... lost of prison transfers in the future.

Varies by state law, but many of the states that let men (in terms of junk) in with women have reversed course after rapes\impregnations.

Indeed.

I'm not fluent in Newspeak. I have no idea what nonbinary means. My first guess is, not bound to typical levels of sanity.

If the media was right and this was a rightwing extremist, then the shooter wouldn't be saying he was nonbinary. Actual right wing extremists are upfront about their motivations. It turns out he's just another mentally unhinged leftist prone to violence.

He only declared non-binary to get out of the hate charges.

I suspect he can choose but will end up in a mens prison.

He only declared he was non-binry after the hate charge.

So conservatives will say -- see it wasn't a hate crime (that's not why he did it -- he did it to be able to dismiss that charge).

Maybe they's always been nonbinary was too afraid to say it. How dare you question they's motives?

What measures are you going to use to prove they is lying?

Surely there is an objective measure to prove someone is nonbinary ... right?

Why is he so brave now to say he is non-binary.
