This isn't "useless". This is someone who feels entitled to threaten a physician, from somewhere else in the US, because he's treating minors for something the accused doesn't believe in.

It's one thing to thin the herd, or hunt, and it's another to video (many cases of) dogs mauling hogs to death, sometimes the dogs coming away bloody and injured.
Hunting is one thing. In my observation, hunters try to minimize the suffering of their prey, and would really frown on dragging out a death.
