Religion is fading away as many now think it's all made up fairy tales, which may be the case and may not. I'm not religious, but I do believe in a higher power than man
I thought of this but failed to mention it that many Christians and churches lean Left on many issues.
Correct. Example: Reverend Raphael Warnock, Democrat in the GA US Senate runoff election. He's the senior pastor of Atlanta's Ebenezer Baptist Church. Christian.
Apparently, aborting Black babies at a higher rate than any other race is an accepted Black Christian belief.
Liberals will never, ever, be able to win the war against religion. Not in a billion years.
Blacks and Hispanics will never stop being Christian, and the left can't accept it.
The black pastor tells his flock to vote Democrat. Yet democrats are having transgender and drag Queens dance in schools. Black women are having tons of abortions more so than any other group. These things runs agaisnt the ideals of the black pastor and his black church. Also black church is in decline in many urban areas especially in the north. Alot of black men rather watch NFL ro NBA, even better play NBA 2k or madden on a Sony Playstation over going to church. The black church supposed to be the most conservative institutions in thy country.
The study is just projecting where the current trend will lead to by 2070. It's not taking into account what will actually happen in the future or the events which could influence people.
Stop treating modeling science like hard science. It's not. You can't conduct repeatable experiments on the future. It's educated guessing and there's no way to account for all meaningful variables. Same crap as the 'settled' climate science. They're guessing, and they've been consistently wrong for 50+ years.
And this is a shame because all children need to do to be exposed to "deviant" behavior is to just read the Bible.
They can read about how Noah got drunk after the flood and 'ole Ham "saw his nekkidnness" and that whatevever "seeing nekkidness" is... it's worth a curse of your entire lineage for all time.
And shortly after that the youngsters can read about Lott offering his daughters up to the mobs to be raped. And then find those same daughters hopping on top of a drunk Lott for a little incest a little while later... Gotta repopulate the world since mom is now a pillar of salt.
And of course there is Ezekiel 23:20... where the little kiddies can learn about the size of Egyptian weenies and a little bit about what "issue" and whoredom and paramours might be.
Now of course the Bible was written a little bit before "trans" became a thing, but someday your child may come up to you after reading his Bible and say "Daddy, what is an eunuch?"
And Cain slew Abel. This is what God warns man about their sin and how they are a fallen race. That they need a savior . All have fallen short of the glory of God. We are all sinners are born in sin and Satan and the world have the capacity to corrupt minds of all people. Without the power of God on this Earth we would have hell and we would have evil permeating in every aspect and everyone's life so thank God for the Christians . If the Holy Spirit was removed we would have constant evil.
Not surprising. This aligns perfectly with our descent into hedonism. Looking back over the great civilizations throughout history, we're experiencing a leading indicator of epic failure. 20-somethings should start thinking about the explanation they're going to give their grandchildren when asked why Gen-Z ruined one of the greatest countries ever to exist. I suspect said explanation with start with "....but....but......Trump!"

Church attendance has been diminishing for decades well before social media as so many allege. Better education and a questioning of the control many churches try to implement have driven people away as well as their failure to modernize. https://news.gallup.com/poll/358364/...americans.aspx
But generally being pro life is more to do with the influence of the church in America, same with other issues like being anti gay marriage (yes there are exceptions, but I talking generally)... the influence on the Christian religion is declining in American society. It following the trend with the rest of Western world.
Same-sex marriage is a legal and political issue.
It answers the question, do we want same-sex marriage?
More specifically, it answers the question, do we want to grant some sort of Orwellian legitimacy via the state to sexual unions between members of the same sex through deliberate and purposeful conflation?
Same-sex sex, on the other hand, is a moral and philosophical matter.
The question at the heart of this controversy is, is sex between members of the same sex a crime against nature and, by extension, nature's creator?
For most people, it's like riding a motorcycle without a helmet.
They wouldn't do it, but if you want to, they aren't going to stop you.
Is it a strange coincidence that as Christianity decreases in the US, that this nation sinks deeper and deeper into moral ineptitude?
