I don't know about that, but a lot of people on the right -- myself included -- want him. Hmm, imagine if he were popular with both the left and the right. We haven't had that since Reagan, except for George W. Bush in the immediate aftermath of 9/11.

This is not a "shock poll."

I don't think the left wants DeSantis. Most lefties I know hate DeSantis. The lefties want someone like Lynn Cheney.

They would vote for somebody like Fetterman or Biden before Desantis. He is too far right on too many issues.

Lefties don't want either Trump or DeSantis, but Trump is like teflon, at least DeSantis they might have a chance against at removing.

He didn't use to be (then neither did Trump). But having to run and pretend right to attract the MAGA vote will make it much harder for him in the general. It should be pretty easy to hang the Trump stench on him like the Dems did with Republicans in the mid-terms.

Well, I certainly couldn't read it with a straight face!

As if Trump would ever put anyone ahead of himself. Funny stuff!

I suspect you're right.

I also hope you're right!

You can't be serious. DeSantis is Trump with a a third of a brain, as opposed to Trump's actual 5% (and I'm being generous here). Last thing this leftie wants is DeSantis. If you want to continue with the theme "brainless on the right", your best bet is Greene. Or maybe Cruz.

That 30% is more like 3%.
