There was so much misinformation coming from camp Trump and Russian bots at the time during the election that the FBI went ahead and warned all news outlets about them. So they made a mistake about Hunter Biden's laptop story. However, when it did turn out to be true, all the sane people realized Hunter Biden wasn't running for president.
Right there in black and white Democrat leadership told social media to start censoring Republican voices so the truth cannot get out because the truth corrupts their democracy.
Democrats told them to screw the first amendment when they pushed back a little.
Maybe the lack of the actual post about it IS the answer. As in, there is nothing to see.
Well this post didn't age well.
Now we know Democrat leadership was telling Twitter and other social media outlets to silence conservatives to stop the truth from getting out because it's making team blue look bad and the truth is a threat to Democracy.
Democrat leadership told Twitter to ignore the Constitution and throw free speech out the window and just shut Republicans down now.
^ That right there is against the law, as the GOVERNMENT cannot prevent free speech and now we know they did.
Heads should roll, but we know Democrat heads are usually protected.
none of this will change anything or change any minds. the conservatives get validation for their feelings. the liberals will deflect and discredit.
What is there to deflect? I know the entire story and it still wouldn't change the way I voted. So Twitter messed up how they handled the story but it's huge stretch to think it would have changed the outcome of the election in any way. Or how about Comey announcing a new investigation into Hillary's emails days before election and then it turned out to be nothing. Was that better or worse than the Hunter Biden laptop story?
