Democrats are feverishly trying to spend more and spend often in what is looking like another government shutdown after Friday. Democrat leaders have not been effective in fixing this situation since it became known in September. These failures resulted in the current crisis. Had democrat leaders focused on spending plans vs. wild, unfocused committee hearings, we would have a budget solution in the U.S.

Even CNN is placing blame here on democrats:

We haven't had a budget in place since Obama, what was the excuse during the 4 years of the last administration which included 3 government shutdowns?

All spending bills originate in the House.

Did the House pass budgets? Did the Senate vote on those budgets and then send therm to the White House?

Please shut it down permanently.

Hold a Convention of States to make it all legal.

Keep the Dept of Defense.

The rest is a corrupted colossal waste of $ that can be run better by the private sector, and/or the States.

If you want to shrink wealth & income gaps, grow wages and GDP, like never before, this is how.

So it happened before so let’s not worry? Or it’s their fault and not mine?

That always seems to be the responses of both parties.

Did any of this occur in the 8 years the GOP held the house and had the Senate for 6 of those years?

No its OP's statement that end with "we would have a budget solution in the U.S." as they place blame on the party in power at this moment so I ask the question. Where was the approved budget before when the GOP had both houses and even years prior.

Both parties are at fault when it comes to the budget, operating on emergency spending bills is like paying the minimum on a credit card debt, you'll be paying for the rest of your life....
