this is why no one wonders why felons vote democrat.
In the first place there are many states in which felons can't vote but for those who can, a poll of 8,000 convicted felons was conducted and found the following:
2020 Election:
White Felons: Trump 45% don't know/wouldn't vote 25% Sanders 10% Biden 7%
Non-white felons: Trump 19% don't know/wouldn't vote 29% Sanders 16% Biden 13% https://www.themarshallproject.org/2...e-behind-bars#
"life in prison isn’t any picnic"
MANY have admitted they committed crimes just so they can go BACK to prison
For many it is a much better life then on the outside.
"3 hots and cot", TV, gyms, basketball hoops, libraries better then some law firms, NO work, etc.
You should tour a few prisons before you post something like that...
This is one of those topics on which I lean towards the left. I'm not a fan of the death penalty for a couple of reasons. First, death is permanent and our criminal justice system is flawed. Second, it smacks of retribution as opposed to simply protecting the public - which seems a bit barbaric. Third, from a moral standpoint, I feel like we should avoid the deliberate taking of a human life if at all possible.
Democrats don’t care about laws or the jury system. They are totalitarians who will do whatever they want if they have power, just like this reprehensible Democrat governor.
Wouldn't totalitarians prefer people to be sentence to death?
Amazing. Some leftists will support unfettered abortion, but oppose killing horrific criminals. That’s some twisted evil right there.
But what if that person on death roll was innocent. What if that death roll person was put there by the evil Government which said that person did something which they didn't do. What then?
