A little different in that, in those other cases, no one had a problem with the product or the advertising. The issues had to do with the owners and their political actions. People boycotted Chik-fil-A because it donated $2M to anti-gay groups, and MyPillow because Mike Lindell was an election denying douchebag. The boycotts were an attempt to get the management to change their behavior.
With M&Ms, what exactly is Tucker protesting? What behavior does he want to change? Is he protesting because he wants Mars to bring back high heels on an animated piece of candy? Wow, that's deep.
